| Order from our friendly staff by calling our toll free phone
number, or by faxing us your order request. Our hours are Monday through
Friday, 8:30 a.m. until 5:00 p.m.

| Delivery |
| All pharmacy orders are shipped on the same day in which they are
received via phone or fax. We use standard UPS prepaid shipping unless faster
service is required. All other orders are shipped within 24 hours. Next Day
and Second Day service is available.

| We are committed to finding the lowest possible prices and
passing the savings on to you, our customer. We are a member of the Premier
Group, a large buying group which enables us to have competitive pricing.

| Terms |
| Payment terms, for open accounts, are net (30) days with
approved credit. For your added convenience, C.O.D. is also available.

| State and Federal regulations require that legend and controlled
substances be sold only to a registered and licensed health care professional.
We require a recent copy of your DEA certificate on file before shipping any
orders.
